Feeding Instructions
- Ponies: One heaped scoop (25g) per day
- Horses: Two heaped scoops (50g) per day
1. How to use
Add EquiNectar® to your horse's regular feed, twice per day.
It tastes delicious and most horses love it immediately but we recommend introducing it slowly to give your horse a chance to get used to the taste.
2. Introducing EquiNectar® to your horse
Days one, two and three:
1 fl oz twice per day – this is one pump of our standard pump.
Days four, five and six:
2 fl oz twice per day – this is two pumps of our standard pump
Days seven, eight and nine:
3 fl oz twice per day – this is three pumps of our standard pump.
(For small horses under 660 lbs in light work, use the full feed rate)
Day ten onwards:
Use the full feed rate for your horse’s weight and activity as detailed in the Feed Rate Table further down this page
