Exciting News: Join the Gut Health Research Study
At Tharos Ltd, we're known for EquiNectar and CanineNectar—our digestive supplements that have been supporting horses' and dogs' gut health for years. JUVIA is our sister company, bringing that same proven science to human digestive wellness.
We're thrilled to announce that JUVIA is partnering with OMED Health on an important new gut health study—and we're inviting participants to take part!
Why This Study Matters
At JUVIA, we've always been committed to understanding how our supplement supports digestive health. This research study is the next step in that journey. We want to better understand how JUVIA works over time, using real data from real people experiencing digestive discomfort.
The study is being conducted under the supervision of Professor John Hunter and Dr Rosemary Waring—the same experts who've been instrumental in developing JUVIA's science-backed approach to gut health.
What's Involved?
The study runs for just 5 weeks and uses the OMED™ breath analyser—a small handheld device that measures gases in your breath to provide insights into your digestion.
If you're eligible and decide to participate, you'll:
- Receive a free OMED Health breath analyser to keep
- Complete simple breath tests at home over 2 weeks, alongside short app-based symptom and lifestyle logs
- Take a breath test that checks for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
- Take JUVIA™ (1 tablespoon before each main meal, 3 times daily) for 3 weeks whilst continuing the breath tests
- Repeat the SIBO breath test at the end of the study
It's designed to fit into your daily routine with minimal disruption—just a few minutes each day.
What Do You Get?
As a thank you for your time and contribution to gut health research, participants will receive up to £40 in shopping vouchers (paid in stages as you complete different parts of the study).
Plus, you'll be contributing valuable data that could help improve digestive health understanding for countless others dealing with similar issues.
