Horse of the week – MADDIE

HORSE OF THE WEEK

MADDIE

"Maddie, my 10-year-old sports horse, had never been an easy horse. She has had ulcers in the past and we are always mindful of them returning. We moved yards in October 2024. She seemed to settle over the winter, stabled overnight and out during the day. However, once the spring grass appeared she turned into a dragon...

We couldn't brush her and handling her became very difficult. She was kicking the stable walls and barging about. I researched for days for supplements that could help her and finally decided to order some EquiNectar.

It arrived the next day! I am so grateful I did. After I would say two weeks we had the old Maddie back. I was worried she wouldn't even eat it in her feed as she's very fussy, but she licks her bucket clean. Her droppings are so much better. Not smelly and are properly formed.

I cannot recommend EquiNectar enough. I think I will keep Maddie on it all year round now. Everyone keeps commenting on how shiny she is."
