"I'm now a Para Showjumper following a fall at Arena UK back in July 2018. Whilst competing I sustained a very serious break to my right leg. After initially being told my leg would need to be amputated - luckily it wasn't but what followed were 2 years of reconstructive surgeries, including 9 months in a taylor spatial frame, a muscle graft, skin graft and various bone grafts. I have been left with permanent lack of movement in her right ankle and as a result was classified as a Grade III para showjumper. Becoming a para showjumper has given me the incentive to get back out doing what I love - showjumping. 

So, my two horses are:

EG Eye Eye Captain (Tubs to his friends - because he's Tubby!).  

Tubs is a 14 year old Irish Sports Horse who is by Moores Clover - hence at just 16h he really is an overgrown pony and very cheeky with it. I bought Tubs 7 ½ years ago (so yes, I had my accident on him - but it wasn't at all his fault - it was a complete freak accident) and whilst I was out of action my husband, Andrew, continued to compete with him. But we are now back out and doing what we both love. Tubs has the absolute heart of a lion, so keen to please and absolutely loves his work.  

Adagio (Robbie to his friends).  

Robbie, by Ublesco, a former event horse, and half brother to the famous Argento, he was bred and is owned by my good friend Keeley Durham and I am extremely lucky to now have him on loan. Robbie is now 18 years old and a 16.2 Anglo European Sport Horse. He came to me just short of 4 years ago and he is an absolute dream, the Master of all Schoolmasters! Robbie also loves his work and we have had so much success together, in particular winning the Para Showjumping at Bramham Intentional in 2023.
